This Shipping Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, Shipment and Handover of Your orders when You use the Service and tells You about our Terms & Conditions regarding delivery of you orders.

  2.  SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 20 Minutes to 1 business days. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow Us additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, We will send You a notification on our application.

  1. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact Us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  1. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If the order is undelivered due to Your negligence such as providing wrong address etc. you will be charged with the same amount of the order you placed.

  1.  LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If Your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

  1. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

We allow you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 minutes to 2 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

  1.  OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

We have the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock We Cancel and refund out of stock items and ship remaining items in order.

  1.  TAXES

When dealing with Us you have the following options when it comes to taxes. You have the option of pre-paying whereby We will include the amount in the price of the order.
